Hubei Tri-Ring Forging Co.,Ltd is a subsidiary company of Tri-Ring Group，it is specialized in producing steel die forgings and non-ferrous metal die forgings by die forging technology, integrating tooling design & manufacture, forging, heat treatment ,machining and assembling, and is the high-tech enterprise and the largest manufacturer of steering knuckle for heavy and medium-duty truck. The company is located in economic development zone of Gucheng County, Hubei Province.

We have more than 30 years of forging experience. The company currently has international advanced level of 17 forging lines centered in 8000T and 6300T electric screw press, 15 heat treatment lines based on mesh belt quenching & tempering furnace, 27 machining lines centered in machining centers imported from Germany, Japan and South Korea, and 19 tooling process lines.

In the aspect of technical innovation, the company has product development simulation software such as NX, solid works, deform and AFDEX forging forming finite element analysis; eddy current hardness crack detection system of auto parts and advanced quality inspect equipment coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The company now has passed IATF16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system certification, which results in complete inspect equipment, perfect quality systems and stable product quality.

Production Equipment

We have specialized in producing steel die forgings and non-ferrous metal die forgings by die forging technology, integrating tooling design & manufacture, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembling, and are the high-tech enterprise and the largest manufacturer of steering knuckle for heavy and medium-duty truck. And our production equipment including:

1. International advanced level of 17 forging lines centered in 8000T and 6300T electric screw press which is imported from Germany, meanwhile we have 4000T,2500T,1600T electric screw press….we also have electro hydraulic hammer such as 16T,10T,8T,5T and so on.

2. 15 heat treatment lines based on mesh belt quenching & tempering furnace. and We also have medium frequency quenching and normalizing technology

3. 27 machining lines centered in machining centers imported from Germany, Japan, South Korea and China. Such as NC lathe, CNC lath, milling and grinding machining, vertical and horizontal machining centers and Multi-spindle Machining.

4. 19 tooling process lines with the technology of tooling 3D-scanning, 3D printing. And the process includes mold design, mold making, mold heat treatment, mold grinding and the process

Production Market

We have customers from both domestic market and oversea market.

In China, the company has established strategic cooperation partner relation with dozens of OEMs, such as Hande Axle, Dongfeng Dana Axle, Yutong Bus, China FAW, Jinan Heavy Automobile, SANY , CRRC and so on.

In the meantime, focusing on implementation of internationalization strategy, Tri-Ring Forging has been the supplier of Daimler Truck. Steering knuckles and arms also has exported to overseas like the U.S., Germany, Netherlands, South Korea, India and Mexico.
